This is more of a nut in the shape of a bar than a bar with nuts in it. If you are up for an insanely nutty snack, this is it...in a nutshell. With tons of whole almonds stuck together throughout a nice, tasty apricot "glue", this is not your average nutrition bar. Given that almonds are a healthful snack in small amounts (they are high in fiber, "good" fat and trace minerals), this bar is a great way to limit yourself to one portion. Also, Kind Snacks donates 5% of profits to charity, and it is always a great thing to purchase from companies that are making a difference.
