| This organic salmon dish is really healthful. It has a ton of protein (28g!), a high amount of fiber, a lot of potassium, and is also relatively low in sugar (you wouldn’t think that salmon dinners would contain a lot of sugar, but you’d be surprised with many frozen entrees). The best news is that this is one of the lowest sodium frozen entrees I can remember finding. Sodium is often at astronomical levels in frozen dishes. The salmon pattie tastes really good, as do the edamame and the rice mix. The only downside was that the vegetables were sort of dry. I microwaved the dish, so maybe it would be less dry if heated in the oven. Watch the cholesterol on this dish, it is very high! |
