| Tasty...but watch out. These are one of those foods that are good if you are used to eating healthier-style foods. If you are someone that is just trying to kick Doritos habit, then this will probably be way over the top for you. However, if you have a taste for more of the natural-style foods, these are pretty cool. Dried, crunchy carrots that satisfy that chip craving, but with way fewer calories, all natural and tons more nutrition. These a decent source of fiber and protein, and a good source of Vit A & C, calcium and iron. |

| If you are a chip chomper, you gotta try these crisps. They have a Lays chips "essence" - a lighter, fluffier, less greasy version of Lays. And they definitely curb that chip craving. Glenny's brand has lower calories, lower fat and lower sodium than any other soy crisps I have found. Plus, you get 5 grams of protein, which you also don't get with Lays. By the way, the Garlic Onion flavor of these was NOT good, so be sure to get the original. |
