| FLAT OUT amazing 95 calorie flat breads! Get a full 30 gram (or 3 big flat breads) serving size for 1.5 grams of fat and 95 calories, which works out to be fewer cals/gram than even Wasa crispbreads! And these are delectably healthy. Kamut, which is the ancient grain used in making these crackers, has more amino acids, vitamins and minerals than commercial wheat. All of Suzie's flatbreads are deliciously light and crispy - but the olive oil and herb flavored flakes in this variety really seals the deal for me. I've tried eating them alone or with cheese, and both are fab. These might be one of my new favorite, healthful snacks. |

| NO FAT, delicious 100 calorie cinnamon crack...ers! These addictive no cholesterol flatbread crackers are delicately delish, and the lowest calories I have found yet to date (other than crispbread crackers which have a very grainy, dry taste). The only catch with these is that they are really a sweet cracker with a cinnamon flavor, not something you would use with dips or cheeses. As a sweet snack or dessert, these taste awesome and are lower in calories than many sweet treats! Watch out for the other flavors or Rosario's crackers which are higher in calories. |

| Have a NEED for Seed?! These 100 calorie flatbreads taste really good - but, seriously, I'm not sure what to do with these because of the seeds all over the place. It is super hearty and healthy, but so far I've had to eat these alone because it is too seedy to dip in something. These have a good amount of protein and have no cholesterol. If you've got a good dip for these, please write in! |

| This 115 calorie per serving all natural cracker is not the lowest calorie around, but is one of the most healthful: a bunch o' fiber and protein...and it's made from stone ground whole grains. These have a great taste, too. A flaky, crispy flatbread style with sesame seeds on top makes this a pretty perfect snack with cheese and dips. This is definitely a Calorista top cracker pick. The only downside is that these are higher in sodium. |

| Dreamy. Totally dreamy. These are the perfect balance of grain, flax and sweet wheat flavor with a divine crisp of a cracker done right. Of course, calorie-wise, they are not the best. They are simply too delicious to be that low calorie, which has to be some higher law, somewhere. However, these are very healthful - whole grains and flax seeds for a healthy heart, not to mention they are all natural too. If you want an absolutely wonderful cracker that is also good for you, these are your best bet. However, they are no comparison to Suzie's flatbreads as far as calories (which are very tasty). |
