| I don't know about you, but when I saw the name "portabella spinach parmesan", I thought of a big portabella mushroom surrounded by breading and topped with parmesan cheese (like chicken parmesan, but with a portabella mushroom instead). Well, this was slivered mushrooms, penne pasta, spinach and a little parmesan cheese on the top. It wasn't bad, it was just different. I personally don't like portabella mushrooms that much, so I thought the fact that I liked this dish ok was a good sign. Let me know what you think! |

| OK, I completely hate eggplant, and I love this dish. Hubby had to force me to try it, and I was totally amazed at how awesome it was. Naturally delicious: all organic sundried tomato mixed with cheese and fresh vegetables. They say 1 serving is 1/2 of the package, however, nobody eats a 1/2 package (that is ridiculous) so I have posted the nutritional information for the whole dish. Get lots of protein in this veggie dish, but watch the fat. If this can make me crave eggplant, I can't imagine who wouldn't love it! |

| I can't say that I've liked everything from LightLife, but these are tasty little guys. A crispy shell surrounds a rich pizza-like sauce filled with soft chunks of "chick'n" and parmesan cheese. Given that they are low in saturated fat & cholesterol and high in protein, fiber and potassium, these are a pretty healthful veggie substitute. The downsides are that they are kinda small and very high in sodium, but oh so delish when you are on the hunt for a quick parmesan dish. |
