This all natural "toaster pop" should be called a "toaster pie". This is the only toaster pasty I've ever tasted that almost tastes like home-made pie (in the shape of a tart, of course). They use real strawberry pie filling as well as a pie crust for the tart. Usually I prefer toaster tarts with frosting, but these are so good that you don't even miss it. Extra bonus: these are only 150 calories (while the other toaster tarts are around 200 calories). Compared to most other toaster tarts, these are low in sugar, but that's not sayin' much because toaster tarts are sugar bombs!

Uhh, pizza + toaster tart...what could possibly go wrong? Sure enough, not a thing wrong here. This perfectly wonderful all natural snack is a great 160 calorie cure for a pizza craving. The soft, buttery tart surrounds a nice tomato sauce with mozzarella cheese that heats up in the toaster in just about a minute. Although there is not a lot of nutrition in this, there isn't anything really bad either, which is saying a lot for anything related to pizza. This is actually low in saturated fat, and isn't high in sodium, which is a pizza miracle. The only real downside I see is that it is a snack, and because it's a tart, it's not going to fill you up that much.

The Health Valley toaster tart is brownie body double! I know they are meant for breakfast, but I'm not sure why they aren't dessert. If you heat these in the microwave for 10 seconds, you have yourself a heated, healthful brownie. Or if you want, just toast these and have them as the toaster tarts they were meant to be. Either way, delicious. A great benefit of these is they are the only tarts I found that are a good source of minerals, such as selenium and six essentials B-vitamins. I have to admit I like the Fiber One chocolate toaster pastry better (because it has frosting), however these have fewer calories (150 versus 190 calories) and are all natural with minerals, so if you weigh the options, these are a good healthful choice.

Right up front: 200 calories and not a whole lot of nutrition happening with these. However, if you are a toaster tart junkie like me (I simply can't/won't give them up, I've tried desperately), a 200 calorie, all natural option makes for a reasonable dessert (By the way, why are toaster tarts a breakfast food? I've never understood this. They aren't exactly the "breakfast of champions". However, as a dessert, they are actually a decent option). These Nature's Path Cherry Pomegran tarts have about the best flavor of any toaster tarts, ever, in the history of the toaster tart world. They are like a cherry pie with frosting, all surrounded in a flaky crust. If you are OK giving up the frosting and just want the "cherry pie" tarts, try Amy's toaster tarts for only 150 calories.
