| I don't really like most tuna, but I do like Bumble Bee's chunk white albacore in water. It is a little more expensive, but it doesn't have that 'fishy' taste you get with the cheaper tunas. If you are like me and don't like tuna, give this a try! |

| This super low fat fillet is pretty slick! The teriyaki sauce did add a bunch more sodium that is not in the other pre-packaged tuna options, but at the same time it made everything really juicy and flavorful. You can eat this hot or cold, and really don't need to add much else to it. This is a super easy and great way to make sure you get your fish (and tons of protein) into your diet because it is such a snap to prepare! However, my favorite tasting fillet is Bumble Bee's pink salmon lemon & dill filet: the most delicious one by far! |

| This was my favorite flavor of the Bumble Bee ready-to-go tuna snacks...mostly because it made everything taste really fresh. However, there are two other flavors: sun dried tomato and basil (NOT GOOD) and spicy Thai chili (too sweet). I like these tuna only easy peels because you can chose your own healthful crackers. I like Kashi TLC multi-grain crackers. These crackers are much better than the unhealthy Ritz-like crackers that come with the Bumble Bee Sensations Tuna Medleys. |

| Of the 3 Medley flavors, the other two being sundried tomato & basil (NOT good) and spicy Thai chili (just ok, but really sweet), this lemon & pepper one is the best. It's pretty filling for a surprisingly low 200 calorie snack, however, the crackers that are used with these are NOT good calorically or nutritionally (almost all the saturated fat in this comes from the crackers). This is why I recommend Bumble Bee's easy peel tuna bowls: the same snack, but no crackers. This allows you to choose your own, more healthful ones, such as Kashi's TLC multi-grain crackers. Nevertheless, the Medley's are a great little lunch option that you can keep in a drawer and pull out when you need a full snack. |
