| I didn't love this at first, but after adding it to my coffee I started to like the nutty taste a lot more. One thing is for sure, you have to add it to something that goes well with a nut-style taste. Because this was made from soy, I was hoping for some protein in it, but no such luck. If you are looking for a vegan, dairy-free option, I'd go with Soyatoo's rice topping: it has much more of a natural cream taste to it. |

| I didn't like the soy version of this spray cream, but I really liked the rice version! It doesn't have that odd nutty taste that the soy variety has...and tastes more like natural, real cream (with a rice-like aftertaste). Two IMPORTANT things about this - make sure to take it out of the refrigerator before you use it and store it upside down. If you don't, the spray doesn't work. I wasted a whole can using all the aerosol and not getting any of the cream out. Other than that though, this is a really great non-dairy, lower calorie option for cream. |
