| This dish might actually take the prize for the lowest cals/gram (or calorie density) frozen chicken dinner I have seen yet to date. And spinach + chicken = over the top healthy, too, with calcium, iron, vitamin A & C and protein. I would say tastewise this dish is good, but not the greatest I have ever tried (it could have had a bit more chicken and it was a tiny bit watery, it's better and less watery if you mix the rice in with the spinach and chicken). Given all of the great health benefits, though, it is definitely worth it. One big downside: very high in sodium, so watch out for that. |

| These are definitely NOT Idaho Potatoes! These are SPICY, creamy, very tasty and good on calories. This all natural dish is high in fiber, protein and iron, which makes for a very filling 200 calorie meal (100 per serving, but 200 for the entire dish). It is also a very quick meal...90 seconds in the microwave serves up high quality Indian food. Like many Tasty Bite entrees, this dish is vegetarian and gluten-free. |

| Indian Food - awesome. Low calorie Indian food - BEYOND awesome! 260 calories of tikka masala deliciousness. I don't think I've had a better frozen dish. As usual with frozen foods, watch the salt! |

| Tasty Bite has quite a spicy bite! This 280 calorie dish is seriously spicy, but seriously good. It doesn't have a massive coconut taste, but does have a nice coconut essence with peas and hearty vegetables in a spicy stew. If you can stand spicy, it has been shown to be great for weight loss because the flavor boost helps you feel satisfied. So far, I've liked every Tasty Bite I've tried. The bummer about this dish is that it isn't so hot nutritionally. It's low in fat and all natural, but that's about it. |

| TASTY...like an authentic indian restaurant dish kind of tasty - right from your microwave in only 90 seconds! Watch out though, this is seriously spicy. For me, it's a bit boring alone. I like to mix it with Kashi's Moroccan curry rice - they go perfectly together and the rice helps dilute the spice down a bit. This all natural, relatively low calorie vegetarian dish is a good source of Vitamin A and iron. If you are in the mood for spicy, I say get punjabbin' it! Watch out for the sodium though, over 500 mg per serving and 1000 mg per package. |
