Cultural Revolution's website says that they have developed a yogurt that is very different from all the rest. I have to say I agree, but I'm trying to decide if "different" is a good thing or not. They do not use any stabilizers or thickeners (which means it is more natural and more healthful), so the texture is lumpy and more watery than regular yogurt. It also has a lot less sugar than any other yogurt I've ever found, which is again, more healthful, but not at all what we are used to. Overall it is a little too bland for me (as well as the fact that I prefer high protein, fat free yogurt), however this is a great yogurt for those that are looking for something that is very pure and low calorie. I have been adding it to my smoothies because it tastes just fine blended in with fruit, and it does really keep the smoothie calories in check.

This Greek yogurt is the lowest calorie plain greek yogurt I've found yet. But ONLY the non-fat plain variety, as every other flavor from this Greek Gods brand is 220+ calories, so watch out. This apparently divinely inspired yogurt is super high quality and works great as a sour cream substitute. This is more expensive and available at natural stores, but is great when you find it. It does have less protein than other Greek yogurts, but it also has less calories and carbs - a good compromise if you want a super low calorie and all natural option!

I always look for organic first, and this is literally the only non-Greek brand AND flavor (meaning this plain flavor) that is under 100 calories. However, I really do not like the taste of the plain flavor (unfortunately), it is WAY too bland for me. One note about this though, is that it is one of the very few cholesterol-free yogurt that I have found.

Papayas are not so easy to find, so when I found these at Whole Foods I was pretty pumped. Organic, delicious, and actually in existence. Pretty cool! I am not such a huge canned fruit eater, so if I liked these, I figured that most anyone would.
